


I ventured into the world of yoga after a difficult hiking trip in New Zealand left me feeling mentally and physically weak. I began practicing Bikram yoga in the cold winter for 7 days per week for one month and saw tremendous changes in my mental and physical endurance. I have explored many styles of yoga since then including Anusara, Ashtanga, Forrest, Bikram, and Kundalini among others. The most important thing I have learned is to smile, have fun, and keep an open mind. I have had the privilege of studying with and learning from Sara Strothers, Claire Mark, Geri Bleier, Tom Quinn, Quinn Kearney and many other skilled and compassionate yogis. I was trained at yogaview in Chicago, Illinois.
