I love yoga. I feel incredibly blessed to have studied under many dedicated teachers over the last decade, practiced a wide variety of yoga, experienced deep meditation on silent retreats, & lived in an ashram. I’ve learned the power of discipline and the magic of consistency. In its own time, a steady yoga practice stirs up an overflow of appreciation and love for your own self, that pours into the rest of your life.
In class, I guide students to explore and communicate with the territory of their body & mind in a simple, nonjudgmental presence. You can expect an emphasis on intentional deep breathing, mindful alignment, and smooth conscious flows. I’m excited to share the space together!
