My yoga journey has evolved since 2015, and my mat has become a sacred space of health, healing, growth, and exploration.  As my practice deepens so has the realization that our minds and bodies are more capable than we think. 

Completing my 200 hour Hatha YTT in 2020 at Yama Yoga in Milwaukee, WI under the mentorship of Marietta Pucillo, lit a passion deep down inside. I choose to teach yoga because everybody deserves to find that SAFE SPACE WITHIN THEMSELVES where they can explore and nurture their entire being ~ mind, body and spirit. 

Certified in adaptive yoga therapy for Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological conditions, my aim is to bring yoga to anybody and every body.  Sharing the ideal that yoga will truly meet you wherever you are at.

I teach dynamic classes that offer options at multiple levels so that every student feels safe and balanced.  My vinyasa flow classes begin with grounding movement meditations.  Each class has a different theme and peak pose; movements are sequenced so that the body and mind are prepared to move into the next asana. 

Music is a key component to all of my classes.  It helps us connect our breath to our movement creating a richer and deeper experience of the yoga practice.  Join me for a fun musical flow!


I encourage all my students to step into their flow by enjoying a moving meditation tuned in to their breath.
