This class focuses on connecting movements with the breath, a strong focus on upper body and a deeper examination of alignment - with modifications for intermediate to advanced practitioners. Students learn to listen within and deepening their connection to the wisdom of their own flow of energy, while combining precision, technique and rhythm with a focused mind. A beautiful way to start the week or the weekend!
Introduce yourself or revisit the practice of Yoga with the “beginners’ mind”, you'll be happy you did! Explore the fundamentals and foundations of postures, breathing, meditation and mindfulness. This will allow you the tools you need to discover and rediscover a practice that's right for you. Questions encouraged! All levels welcomed.

Limited time? This class is perfect for you. Stretch and strengthen the body while you calm the mind. Take the time to slow down and focus on breath and body awareness with the intention of letting go of thought and judgement. Bring balance into your day.
Hatha Alignment Buffet

This class is centered around the foundational and alignment principles and how to keep our bodies safe in any yoga setting. We will allow for all ages and levels to practice safely at a more mindful pace and a strong focus on movement of energy as well as strengthening and toning of muscles. We will also work with a variety of breathing techniques appropriate for the practice that day in order to aid in guiding the mind towards stillness. This class is most appropriate for seasoned beginners and more intermediate yogis.
DEEP FOCUS RESTORATIVE

"Deep Focus Restorative" is geared toward all levels of practitioners interested in a deeper meditative practice and breath work to reset your week.
Gentle Yoga
Tony - Thursdays - 6pm

In Yin Yoga, we find stillness of the body and stillness in the mind, holding postures for up to 5 minutes each to explore the macrocosm within. Utilizing props allows us to explore these positions at our pace and find our boundaries, watching as they change with time, breath, and fascial unwinding. The first 15 minutes of class is breathwork and meditation. The time spent in these postures is similar to time spent in meditation. Self-myofascial release techniques with a tennis ball are taught near the end of class. We invite you to get intimate with the Self, feelings, sensations and emotions. You will gain greater mental stability and ease into the comfort of the sweet territory of stillness and silence.
Slow Flow

A meditative flow class coordinating the mind, body & breath. This rhythmic style creates strength, flexibility and mobility with its alignment-based postures, fluid transitions and themes of self-exploration, wellness and joy. By integrating the subtle & physical systems of the mind & body, this practice inspires the sweetness of connection and the culmination of simply BE-ing.

Vinyasa style practice. Faster flows transition into longer holds, as we focus on strength (stability) and mobility, flowing through end ranges of motion. Opportunities to play throughout, with each class focusing on total body lengthening and strengthening. Discover your breath, your body and all the spaces in between.
