My main focus is T’ai Chi Qi Gong - the practice of internal Chinese Martial Arts. My classes feature mindful slow movements, meditation, deep lower belly breathing, and most of all relaxing!

Follow me into an exploration of the various bone and spinal alignments in Kung Fu postures. These exercises help increase our CHI.
