Yoga for Runners

This class will work on flexibility, mobility, and strength in the areas of the body where runners need the most care including feet, calves, hamstrings, quads, hips, and glutes. By working on these areas, you can improve your running biomechanics and stride. Even if you don’t consider yourself a runner this class can help hikers, cyclists, etc.
