Join this workshop to learn more about the anatomy and movements of cycling and running to better care for your body. Learn and experience yoga poses and flows that strength and lengthen the areas of the body needed most if you cycle or run. With a focus on injury prevention, this workshop will leave you feeling open yet strong and with the knowledge to continue caring for your body.
